ZM have been RIAS accredited in conservation since 2011, we have carried out work on CARS and THI projects across Scotland. For years ZM Architecture have been developing their expertise in conservation, co-director Nick Blair is an advanced  accredited conservation architect and under his lead the team have worked on many significant projects. The team have had considerable experience in building repair programmes throughout the West of Scotland through heritage led vehicles, such as Conservation Area Regeneration Schemes, Townscape Heritage Initiatives and several other funding mechanisms.
