Virginia Court

In October 2003 Virginia Galleries, a grade A listed building, collapsed after an adjacent renovation project caused movement.

Subsequently a demolition order was served. After extensive dialogue with Historic Scotland and Glasgow City Council, the replacement solution is a compact and inventive mixed used development of 37 contemporary flats and commercial space.

This project sits next to another ZM project, 37 - 43 Virginia Street, which was completed in 2002.
