This competition winning scheme, led by developer Old Mill Studios, is to regenerate and convert the former Victorian A listed Templeton Carpet Factory.
The complex of 6 former factory buildings includes one of the main buildings in Glasgow's architectural heritage – William Leiper’s “Doge’s Palace” to Glasgow Green built in 1889.
This elaborate brick building paid homage to Glasgow’s trading links to the East and Venice and has become an icon for the city.
